Copy of the prizewinning logo, now used by LWA
This is Jenna Mawji's prize-winning design for our logo, which she drew in 1994.

The other three top entries are shown below, in smaller scale.

We were helped in choosing the winning entries by the late Ronald Brett, a well-known local artist. Ronald also put the lettering on some of the designs and made the plaques, incorporating their entries, that we awarded the winners.

The following drawings are taken from a newsletter of the time, hence the fuzzy monochrome. When the originals surface again, we shall show them in their original colours.

Copy of the second-placed logo
Here is the second place entry, from Rachel Woolley of Lingfield Primary School.

Copy of the third-placed logo
This drawing, from Laura Winston of Notre Dame School, came third.

Copy of the fourth-placed logo
In fourth place was Louise Harvey's drawing. She also was a pupil of Notre Dame School at the time.
